EDINBURGH:THE PRACTICE CHOIR

The Practice Choir’s rehearsals will begin again on Thursday 12th January 2012. The choir meets at 7.30pm in the Reid Memorial Church Hall, West Savile Terrace. New members are welcome to come along. The programme for the term will be announced in due course.

KIRKCALDY: KIRKCALDY ORCHESTRAL SOCIETY

Kirkcaldy Orchestral Society was founded in 1875. From our early beginnings, we've offered musicians from Fife and beyond a chance to experience a variety of music styles, mix with people of similar interests and enjoy social events.

Every year, the society strives to produce a rich programme of concerts around Fife, allowing music lovers to experience a live orchestra.

Rehearsals recommence on Tuesday 10th January, and on Tuesday 17th January we will have our second tutor-led evening of the season.

Dunfermline Choral Union was established in 1874 and their first performance in April 1875 was Judas Maccabaeus.
