Following the success of The Saga of the Seven Days in 2006, NYCoS invited Scottish composer Tom Cunningham to write another cantata. Once again he has teamed up with lyricist Derek Roberts who provides witty, interesting and thought-provoking texts.

We begin nearest the sun and travel outwards, calling at Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and, finally, Pluto - Seven Planets and a Cosmic Rock.
