Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to increase prices if increases are imposed on us by publishers. We will always contact you if the price we have to charge is higher than that quoted on our web site.

2. We may have to cancel an order if it is out of print or out of stock.

3. Returns will be accepted if we have sent you the wrong item or the item is defective. No other returns will be accepted.

4. Free postage only applies to web orders over £29.95 when the delivery address is within the United Kingdom. Orders sent to areas outside the United Kingdom will be charged at cost.

5. If your order contains music with different dispatch times we will wait until all the items are available. We can send available items as soon as possible (for an additional charge £1.50 per delivery).

6. Postage charge for all telephone orders.

8 Additional items cannot be added to order after the sales order has been completed.
